When released as a single in America the following year, the beautiful ballad went to No. 1. Thanks to that song, Whitney became the only act ever to have 7 consecutive No. 1 singles.

Frank Wildhorn is now a famous composer of Broadway musicals like "The Scarlet Pimpernel" and he is married to singer Linda Eder. And yes, Chuck Jackson is related to Jesse Jackson. The team of Wildhorn as songwriter and Walden as producer was also responsible for Natalie Cole's song "I Do".
